Freedom of Choice?

Note—fittingly is this famous saying of Arthur Schopenhauer,
«Man can do what he wants. But he cannot want what he wants.»
And this saying of Karl Renz:
«So that you call freedom of choice, where there is no one who is able to choose what he chooses.
Where you cannot want what you want. That’s the freedom from choice or anyone choosing.
And that’s what you call love.»
