The «Way»

In old yoga traditions there is a particular meditation—just float on the river and feel one with it. Don’t make any movement, don’t move the body, let the river do the work. And if the river is doing the work and you are simply floating, non-doing, you will have the feeling of the whole existence. This is how existence floats.


Nobody invented or made up Taichi—they discovered it! It simply follows nature. If you follow nature, that’s Taichi. If you follow something else—follow your mind, your ambition, your own idea—that’s not Taichi.
